Had an awesome group trip! The staff was super friendly, and our room was clean. We enjoyed spending time at Wills Creek Country Club and nearby restaurants recommended by the staff. Definitely a great spot if you want to relax and explore. Loved the breakfast options!
Unfortunately, the beds were pretty humped in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

Staying here was just an appropriate option for a lightning trip in Gadsden with incredible value for money. The breakfast was nearly ready for our early checkout, which was a nice touch. Try to grab breakfast before 6am if you're leaving early.

Recommend it for groups needing a solid rest
The stay was great, especially after a long drive. The young man at the front desk was super accommodating, he even helped with our luggage without us asking! I felt ready to tackle the next day after that sleep, it was solid rest.
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

I had a decent stay at the Fairfield Inn in Gadsden. The room was modern and the bed felt so comfortable, really one of the best hotel beds I've tried. The staff, especially the breakfast ladies, were incredibly friendly and nice. Breakfast options were pretty good, too. my husband couldn't resist going back for seconds. There were nice touches like iron and ironing board in the room, which came in handy, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The layout of the room was a little odd, though—there were no enclosed drawers which made it hard to keep things tidy. Plus, we faced some noise issues due to thin floors. footsteps from above could be heard late at night. The bathroom setup was also a bit strange. it had a half wall without a door, causing water leaks onto the floor. The pool doors being taped up was also a bit concerning. The front desk service felt a bit unorganized at times, especially when dealing with certain issues like luggage carts being unavailable. It would really help if they had more bell carts accessible and perhaps a bellman during busy hours. The overall location was great though, close to several dining options, including a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. I’d consider coming back despite a few hiccups, as the staff's friendliness made a big difference.
